Refund Policy

At Risk Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational programs and excellent support to every student.

Refunds Before the Course Begins

If you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the first course session, you may request a full refund of the tuition fee.

Refunds After the Course Begins

Once the first course session has started, tuition fees are generally non-refundable, as students receive access to educational materials and a reserved place in the learning group.

In exceptional circumstances, Risk Academy may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or allow the student to transfer their enrollment to a future course date.

Course Transfer

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, please contact us as early as possible. Subject to availability, we will do our best to transfer your enrollment to the next available group.

Course Cancellation by Risk Academy

If a course is canceled by Risk Academy, students will be offered either:

• a full refund; or
• the option to transfer their enrollment to a future course date.
